Your Reflexology treatment.
We/I will arrive with everything that's needed for your treatment, no need for you to worry about towels etc. (Click on foot map image for interactive foot chart)
There will be an initial consultation form to sign and brief discussion on what you expect from your Reflexology treatment. We will complete the necessary client details, if you wish you can soak your feet in a soothing footsoak with essential oil.
Your therapist will now make you comfortable in the Lafuma Reflexology chair. This reclines to a very comfortable position. A small amount of Reflexology foot powder is smoothed over the feet to dry them and prevent friction.
The treatment starts with a foot massage, no it is not ticklish! Most people totally relax into the treatment as soon as their feet have received a few moments of massage.
The treatment length is approx. 45 minutes but please allow 1 hour for the first appointment to allow for your details and consultation to be completed.
The treatment finishes with a further massage with a Reflexology foot lotion. I guarantee that at the end of your session you will feel that you have a new pair of feet!
There are certain conditions that we are unable to treat and if you are in doubt you should always contact your G.P to ask advice. I can email or post out to you the contraindication and client detail forms, for you to complete prior to my visit if you wish.
