Reiki Treatment.
We/I will arrive with everything that’s needed for your treatment, no need for you to worry about towels etc.
There will be an initial consultation form to sign and brief discussion on what you expect from your Reiki treatment. We will complete the necessary client details, which should only take 10 minutes. Your therapist will now make you comfortable on the portable couch. As you relax listening to either a music or meditation CD I will place my hands lightly upon your body in certain areas, starting with the head and finishing at your feet. The treatment lasts for 30 - 40 minutes.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a form of healing that is becoming increasingly popular in this country. Reiki is a powerful aid to our bodies natural healing ability and is one of the most natural, safe, healing techniques around. The Reiki energy is directed through the practitioners hands, bringing Reiki energy to the client's body, working on many different levels. It brings all aspects of the client into balance and the clients' body directs the energy to wherever it is needed. Reiki heals on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.
Reiki is extremely successful as a therapy in its own right and it works in harmony with all other kinds of treatments and is also known to enhance all other complementary therapies, greatly increasing the amount of healing power normally available.
Reiki is also a very powerful self development tool, heightening intuition, helping develop a positive attitude to life, increasing energy and expanding creativity and opening doors which you don't even know exist
There are certain conditions that we are unable to treat and if you are in doubt you should always contact your G.P to ask advice. I can email or post out to you the contraindication and client detail forms, for you to complete prior to my visit if you wish.
